Dallas, TX – The Texas Hotshots would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to our fans for their unwavering support throughout this season. Your dedication and enthusiasm have been a cornerstone of our journey, and we are incredibly thankful for the energy and passion you brought to every game.

This season, the Hotshots finished with a record of 1-5. Despite the challenges we faced, there were significant moments of achievement and recognition. We are proud to announce that LaDaryus Cook has been honored with a selection to the All-AAL2 2nd Team Defense at the Defensive Back position. His outstanding performance and commitment on the field have been exemplary, and we congratulate him on this well-deserved accolade.

We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to the American Arena League 2 (AAL2) and AJ Roque for the opportunity to compete and grow within the league. The experiences and lessons learned have been invaluable.

However, after careful consideration and reflection, the Texas Hotshots have decided not to return to the AAL2 next season. Our focus moving forward will be on seeking a league that offers greater stability and structure for our team and organization. We believe this step is essential for the long-term success and development of the Texas Hotshots.

We remain committed to our mission of providing exciting and competitive football for our fans and community. As we embark on this new chapter, we look forward to your continued support and enthusiasm. Together, we will build a stronger and more resilient Texas Hotshots team.

Texas Hotshots Face Amarillo Venom in Final Home Game

Dallas, Texas – The Texas Hotshots, a developmental professional football team from the American Arena League 2 (AAL2), had the opportunity to compete against the Amarillo Venom in their final home game. The Hotshots, in their first season, faced a challenging opponent in the Venom, who ultimately secured a victory with a final score of 77-6.

The Venom entered the game with significant momentum, having handed the Corpus Christi Tritons their first loss of the season the previous Saturday. Despite the defeat, the Texas Hotshots showcased their determination and sportsmanship on the field, reflecting the growth and potential of their developing team.
